Founder
Thomas is the Founder and Head Mechanic of our shop, bringing years of expertise in engine rebuilds and diagnostics. With a keen eye for detail, he excels in identifying and solving complex mechanical issues, ensuring high-quality repairs and performance. Outside of work, Thomas is passionate about expanding his technical knowledge, often spending his free time reading wiring schematics to stay ahead in the field. He also enjoys attending local band concerts, combining his love for mechanics with an appreciation for music.
jennifer prather- gertken
Director of Operations
Jennifer is the Director of Operations at our shop, where she plays a vital role in promoting and supporting our team. With a background in teaching, Jennifer developed a deep appreciation for education and helping others reach their full potential. This passion now drives her efforts to assist and motivate our staff, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed. She continually seeks out ways to improve and grow the business, often researching new strategies to elevate both the team and the shop.

Parts Manager
Gus is our dedicated Parts Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from both sales and the automotive industry. The Parts Warehouse is truly his domain, where his attention to detail and expertise are able to shine. Always focused on optimizing operations, Gus ensures the shop has the right parts at the best prices, so the we can continue delivering excellent value to our customers. His background gives him a unique edge in sourcing quality parts that meet our high standards, making him an essential part of our team.

Office Manager
Adriana is our Office Manager, known for her impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills that keep everything running smoothly. She manages our accounts payable and receivable departments with precision, while also ensuring the team stays on track. Adriana is always quick to answer any questions and helps keep our schedule up to date, offering support whenever needed. Her dedication and hard work are invaluable, and we truly couldn’t operate without her. Adriana’s contribution to the team is deeply appreciated by everyone.

Diesel Mechanic III
Dalton is one of our most loyal and valued team members, having been with us since the beginning. Although he joined with limited experience, Dalton's willingness to learn and grow quickly made him an indispensable part of our mechanical team. His calm demeanor and friendly personality make him a pleasure to work with, and his dedication to mastering new challenges earned him the nickname "Bobcat Man". Dalton continues to excel and contribute in countless ways, embodying the spirit of teamwork and perseverance. We're lucky to have him on board!
Wesley Whidden
Diesel Mechanic III
Wes is one of our Lead Mechanics and a key member of our team. After moving back to his hometown, we were thrilled to have him join us. Wes has proven time and again that he’s exceptional at anything he sets his mind to. Whether in the shop or out in the field, he handles even the toughest challenges with skill and determination. We know that we can always count on Wes to get the job done, no matter how tough the situation. His ability to navigate through complex problems and always coming out on top makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Diesel Mechanic I
Cecil is one of our newest team members, bringing knowledge from various fields, including land management. His experience with farm & agricultural equipment has allowed him to adjust quickly. Cecil has taken on a variety of tasks, ranging from inventory to preventative maintenance, and even parts management. His willingness to jump in and lend a hand, no matter the task, has made him a great asset to the team. We are excited to watch Cecil grow as he continues to learn and deepen his expertise in the field of mechanics.

Shop Apprentice
Juan is a valuable member of our team, known for his unwavering positivity and infectious smile that brightens up the workplace. Always eager to lend a hand, Juan consistently goes above and beyond to help wherever needed. A true jack of all trades, he plays a vital role in assisting with maintenance both inside and outside the shop, including tasks like welding, cleaning, and organizing. His versatility and willingness to tackle any challenge make him an essential part of our team. Juan's helpful nature and uplifting energy truly make him a breath of fresh air. We are lucky to have him!
