Core Charges

Core Credit Policy

  • When purchasing items that require a core, a core charge will be applied at the time of purchase. This charge will remain until the core is returned.
  • If you purchase an item with a core charge and do not return the core, you will be charged the full core charge.
  • If you return the core at the time of purchase, the core charge will be credited back to your account.

Please ensure that you return the core as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

Product Returns

  • We sell various products such as oil filters, fuel filters, and other auto parts. To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be returned within 14 days in its original, unopened packaging, with no signs of wear or use. Failure to return during the 14 day period may result in the return not being accepted. 
  • Refunds for products will not be issued if the packaging has been opened or the item has been used.​
  • When refunding the price of a product or adjusting it, please note that this does not include the refund or adjustment of any labor costs associated with the service.

Parts Provided by Customer

  • We do not install parts provided by customers due to factory and manufacturer guidelines regarding warranties.
  • In rare instances, we may, at our discretion, make an exception and install customer-supplied parts. If such an exception is made, there is no warranty attached to the part or the installation of the part. The Customer accepts all responsibility. 

Part Failure

  • Should an inspection reveal that a part installed and/or provided by us fail, we will take the proper action necessary to resolve any issues that arise due to the product's failure.
  • We do not accept responsibility for a part provided by the customer. There is no warranty on the part(s) or workmanship/ labor when using a part provided by the Customer. 

Workmanship

  • We take great pride in the quality of our work. We believe in serving our community with kindness and trust. Therefore, should a part fail during the warranty period, we will take care of it. 
  • Any issues related to our workmanship must be reported to us within 72 hours (3 days) from the completion of the service. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of the claim. 
  • We do not offer refunds or adjustments for workmanship unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This does not pertain to part or labor warranties. 

Disputes & Responsibilities

Payment Obligations

Full payment is due upon completion of the work or unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in further action, as outlined below.

Case by Case Review

Any payment dispute will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is a discrepancy or issue with the services provided or parts used, you must contact us immediately to discuss and resolve the matter.

We will assess the situation and work with you in good faith to find a resolution. However, if the work has been performed as agreed and/or parts have been delivered, payment is still owed, and we expect timely settlement.

Consequences of Non-Payment

By engaging in our services, you agree that if payment is not received by the due date, your machine, vehicle, trailer, or any other equipment that was serviced or repaired may be subject to a Mechanic's Lien.

A Mechanic's Lien is a legal claim against the property due to non-payment. If we are required to file a Mechanic's Lien, you acknowledge that your property may be seized to cover the outstanding debt.

If a Mechanic's Lien is drafted and submitted to recover payment, you further acknowledge that you are at risk of losing your machine, vehicle, trailer, and/or equipment involved in the transaction.

Responsibility for Payment

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are responsible for ensuring full payment is made by the due date.

Failure to pay will not only result in legal action but could also negatively affect your credit and ability to obtain services from [Your Shop Name] in the future.

Legal Action

If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, unless otherwise stated in writing, we reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings, including but not limited to pursuing the recovery of outstanding debt through collection agencies or through legal action.
